On July 9, I left home and flew to Tanzania, where I spent two weeks between living in a Maasai village and climbing the tallest free-standing mountain in the world, Mt. Kilimanjaro. This was all through Young Life Africa, a branch of Young Life. Young Life is a non denominational youth group that I have been part of since I was a freshman in high school. It has seriously changed my life! I was so excited to be part of this trip and document our experience. For more info, please click here.
